EXCITING NEWS!!

I walked upstairs yesterday and Jason said our real estate agent called and asked if we could be ready to move in our house February 22nd!!! They approved the short sale so everything is good to go. We are really excited, just not looking forward to moving all our stuff! I just get anxiety over all I have to do and buy now.. Anyways heres the only picture I could get off of the realtors website.

Presley is almost 14 months!!
-Says Ma Ma, Da, Hi ( probably 200 times a day) and she attempts to say Sugar but ends up being Shu.
-She has ten teeth
-Sleeps good, 1-2 naps and sleeps 10 hours at night
-She is a horrible eater! She will only eat for like 3 minutes and you have to entertain her the whole time, plus she's really picky, she eats the same things over and over cause it is all she will eat.
-LOVES to be outside!
-Hates any sort of confinement, hence why we have an eating problem.
-Loves other kids, she loves getting to play with all of her cousins
- She is the only kid I've ever heard of that doesn't do well in a forward facing car seat. She gets mad because she thinks since she can see you that she should be able to get out of it, so frustrating!
- She gets in to absolutely everything! She empties out one drawer, then goes and dumps out my purse, then goes to a cabinet and pulls everything out.. AHHHH!
-She is so cute and so fun and even though she is a tyrant, we love her more than anything!!

Yes I am late on this but it has been little crazy around here, someone has been sick ever since Christmas- Me- Cold, stomach flu, then sinus infection, Presley- Cold, then now a sinus infection, Jason- Cold.. I am just ready for all of us to feel better! Anyways, Christmas was amazing and so much fun
Every year we do gingerbread houses at my Mom's on Christmas Eve. Jason always makes ours a masterpiece.. Presley just wanted to sit and eat the frosting.

Presley was so cute on Christmas morning, she obviously didn't know what was going on, but she loved having new toys to play with.

Friends+ Santa

We went into town yesterday morning and had lots to get done.. First we went to breakfast with all my friends, it was so much fun to be able to see all of them, I love and miss them so much..

Then we went and met with my family at town square to take pictures with Santa.. I was a little nervous about this because Presley will not go to any guy other than Jason.. she did good though, she wouldn't smile but she just sat there kind of trying to figure out what was going on, but it was successful. Presley LOVED town square, she loved all the little kids playing on the playground and she loved all the people who had brought there dogs and she pretty much tried to play with the dogs the entire time.

My favorite time of the year is passing so quickly!! These next couple days are so much fun and I need time to slow down..We have just been doing what everyone else has, shopping, wrapping, baking, etc... Presley and I have both been sick with colds so there has been very little sleeping going on around here. We got our tree a couple of weeks ago and I absolutely love smelling my tree everyday.. I had a little helper to decorate it, and don't worry she helps undecorate it everyday! The older Presley gets, the more fun every holiday gets and it is the best, I can't wait for Christmas with her and to see how much fun she has!

We took Presley to the NFR for the first time last night and she loved it.. she just sat and watched ( which is a miracle because she always has to be up and moving) We had lots of fun seeing everyone that we don't see anymore since were not rodeoing.

Yesterday was my mom's birthday, I know I have posted a million times how amazing my mom is and how much I love her but I just had to do one more.. She is amazing in every way.. She is so positive, patient, kind, caring, selfless, and the list goes on.. I love her with all of my heart and could never thank her enough for everything she has done for me. Happy Birthday to the greatest person I will ever know!!

Well, it really wasn't a party, we just had the family out here in Logandale come over for lunch and cake after church. Presley was ridiculously spoiled with presents and love. I am so grateful Presley has so many people who love and care about her, we are so blessed!!

Don't ask me why I tried to make her cake, it was a pain, and didn't turn out how I wanted, next year it will be bought!!

One Year

I have had the blessing to spend exactly a year with this little one.. One year of laughing, crying, crawling, walking, smiling, tears, little sleep, lots of fun, lots of learning, and lots of love. A year ago today I received my greatest blessing. She is beyond anything I ever could have dreamed. She is beautiful, determined, strong willed, sweet, and so much more. I am grateful every second for my little Sweet P. I don't know how I ever lived life without her. Happy Birthday Presley we love you more than life!!

For Halloween we took Presley trick or treating to a couple of houses then came home and carved pumpkins and passed out candy, she loved all the kids that came trick or treating.. keeping her costume on her was difficult because she was constantly pulling out the feathers and pulling off her headband, so getting good pictures was a challenge..

Every year Jason does his pumpkin free hand and it always turns out amazing, I use those stencil things and it's still too embarrassing to even post a picture..

Here is an attempt of catching up on our lives for like the last month.. First was my birthday which was amazing,I know that I am old and probably shouldn't get so excited about my birthday, but I do.. and everyone always makes it special for me.. we went to P.F Changs and my mom got me my fav red velvet cake from retro bakery, aud got me my favorite bundt cake, but I ate it before it could get a pic..

I made an attempt to paint Presley's toes.. it didn't go over so well, she wouldn't sit still long enough.. then she just wanted to eat the bottle of nail polish..

In my last post I talked about Pres and her obsession with the ziplocs. Well heres the proof.

I had so much fun on Halloween, but that deserves it's own post!

This is a boring post without a single picture.. jason has been gone hunting yet again so therefore I can't upload my pics. Here is a quick update- Presley is full blown walking these days, she rarely crawls anymore.. she is crazy, she gets into every cabinet, drawer, or whatever she can find. Her favorite is going up in the kitchen and getting the ziploc bags out and throwing them all over the kitchen. She is a climber, she climbs on everything she can and I know there is going to be a trip to the emergency room in the near future. We found a house! We put an offer in on a house, and now just crossing our fingers in hopes that the bank excepts the offer! I can't wait for halloween this is my favorite time of the year!

Yes, it's been awhile but to my defense Jason has been hunting a lot and takes my card reader to check his game cameras.. so without being able to upload my pictures, there's been zero blogging! But I'm back and with lots to catch up on.. Presley- she is now walking!!! she takes a couple steps at a time then falls, but the record is 15 steps- she's crazy. She now has 4 teeth, and is finally saying DA DA, ma ma, and all kinds of interesting noises, she has started this new thing where she grinds her teeth and it drives me crazy, it's like nails on a chalk bored and makes me cringe! We got her Halloween costume this week, she is going to be cookie monster- I know what your thinking, Cookie monster isn't very girly, but trust me it's adorable.. Jason- like I said he has been hunting and had a couple rodeos to go to so he was gone quite a bit this last month but now he is home and we love it! Me- Obviously my life isn't very exciting, I do pretty much the same thing everyday- Take care of Pres, cook, clean, laundry... But I have been going to play volleyball twice a week and I love every minute of it! So that's all we have been doing and I'm going to try and not disappear from my blog for a month!!

P.S. Taking pictures of Presley is difficult.. She won't sit there and as soon as you put the camera up, she stops smiling.. so here's the best we got..

We went to the doctor today for Presley's 9 month check up.. She weighs 17 lbs. 11 oz. ( 40%) and is 28.5 in tall (90%).. It's crazy to me that she is 9 months old because that means that we have had her as long as I was pregnant with her and it's gone by so unbelievably quickly. She has gotten sooo good at crawling and is super fast! Her new favorite thing is to do stuff that she knows she is going to get in trouble for because she thinks its funny- like crawling over to sugars water bowl, gets there, then she turns and looks at me, I tell her no and start going for her, then she starts laughing and dumps it over.. she does not like to be held and wants down all the time, still LOVES other little kids.. she loves climbing up the stairs ( I just have to somehow teach her to go down them) she sleeps really good now- 10 hrs at night and 2 naps during the day.. She looks so much like Jason it's crazy, the only thing she got from me is her eyes.. She has such a fun and loving personality.. her best friend is sugar, I don't know how I would entertain her all day without her.. I am so very grateful for such an amazing little girl, I am most grateful to her because she has changed me so much- she has taught me a love that I could never explain, she has taught me sacrifice and patience that I would have never been able to learn otherwise, she has given me a light and joy in my life that was always missing before I had her, and has given me a happiness that I never knew was possible. I love my little Sweet P and just want her to stop growing so fast!

Yes, I am so proud of myself.. I have actually been keeping up with my blog, my mom is still in Georgia so I have to post for her to see what Pres is up to.. we'll see what happens when she come home in two weeks!!

Alivia came out to Logandale and stayed with us last night and I had so much fun.. Jason was gone at a roping so Me, Alivia and Pres had a fun little girls night.. Presley loves Alivia and was so happy for her to be here, anytime Alivia would go up the stairs Presley would start crying because she thought she was leaving..

This is now Presley's new favorite thing to do.. pulling up on everything! All she does is crawl around and find new things to pull herself up to stand.. she is crazy and is doing so much new stuff all the time

Salinas

Jason's favorite rodeo is Salinas, CA.. but unfortunately every year he never has much luck there.. until this year, They won it!!! it was the most exciting win because it's always been Jason's dream to win it, so it meant so much to him. They roped amazing and placed in 4 out of the 5 rounds and won the average by 1.5 seconds.. the buckle is beautiful, it's made out of solid gold and is awesome..

Last night I was getting Presley's stuff ready to put her to bed, and Jason started yelling for me, I go in our room and Pres is giving him all kinds of kisses, it was the cutest!! her version of kisses is sucking on your face!!

This is Presley's favorite thing to do, she crawls after sugars toys then holds them until sugar comes and steals it from her, then it starts all over, she loves it

Jason and Randon went to Salinas alone and let me tell you, Presley missed her dad, she has been so excited ever since he came home.

*Presley has found her bows, that is why they are rarely on her any longer, as soon as I put a headband on her she reaches up and pulls it off..

We went and spent a week at the ranch in CO and had such a fun time.. The guys would go out everyday and go shooting and scouting while the girls went for walks, cooked and hung out.. Dusty and Deena were up there with their 4 month old baby, Ethan, It was fun to get to see them because they live in TX and since were not rodeoing as much we don't get to see them that often and this is only the second time we've gotten to see ethan.. Anyways, it was lots of fun, and Presley did pretty good on the 10 hr. drive!

Eight months yesterday.. She is starting to do so much so fast!! She has they Army crawl down.. and I know my days are numbered until she is truly crawling.. she hates to be held now that she can get around by herself.. everything goes in her mouth!! its awful because she finds the littlest things like pennies, and toothpaste caps and everything else you can imagine. She loves being home and in her crib.. we've been out of town three times in the last month and she sleeps terrible in a pack n play!!! she wakes up all night and only takes little cat naps.. so we are home and I love it because now I can get some sleep!! She is now loving playing with other kids.. She loves her cousins.. She has found her head bands!!!! I rarely put them on her anymore cause she just rips them off.. so she always looks like a boy! She's a pretty good eater, She eats any baby food I give her. She gets more fun every day and we love her to pieces!!

Panama City Beach

Me, Presley, My Mom and Alivia took a quick trip down to Panama City Beach, It's only a 3 1/2 hour drive.. We would drive down there every other summer since I was little and it is my favorite place in the world!!! The beach is amazing, way better than any other place I've been.. We had such a fun time, Presley was so cute in the ocean and sand..

Presley's favorite thing to do is to suck on things.. I was going through my beach pics and in every single picture I have she had something different in her mouth.. first, a piece of pineapple

We took another trip to Georgia, this time for my grandmas funeral. It was bittersweet.. I'm so grateful she's no longer suffering like she was and that she is now reunited with my grandpa.. but I will miss her everyday. For the last couple years I was not able to go visit them, which I now feel so much regret for. My entire life we would go down there at least once a summer for 4-6 weeks usually, some Christmas's, and some spring breaks.. I love Georgia, my favorite memories of my childhood are in Georgia with my grandparents, and cousins..I love the smell of it, I love all the trees, and I loved the feeling of being home when I was there. I will miss it so much, I will miss our nightly walks, roller blading down the driveway, golden donuts, Krystals, panama city beach, bbq's and swimming with all the cousins, forts in the woods, gardenia's, and so much more.. I am grateful for all my amazing memories with my grandparents and of Georgia, it is a huge part of me and I will miss it all so much.

So a couple weeks ago a photographer came out to take some pictures of baby Ty, Audreys babe.. Audrey had to go feed him so Dana from Urban Vision Studios started taking some pictures of Pres.. Yesterday Jason and I have been married 4 years, its crazy how fast it's gone by.. I'm going to try to steer clear of a cheesy anniversary post, here it goes.. When Jason came along I hadn't dated anyone serious for awhile and I had lots of plans for life none of which consisted of getting married..He came along and we were total opposites- he was a cowboy, I was this city girl- He's funny, outgoing, and talks to anyone and I am reserved and kinda quiet- he flies by the seat of his pants and plans change every 10 minutes and I could tell you where I was going to be and what I was going to be doing a year from now... and only after a couple of dates, I knew I was done looking.. Nothing else mattered but being with him, I was young and didn't want to get married so young, but I knew that I couldn't possibly love anyone more... I am so grateful for the last four years.. No, it hasn't always been easy but I couldn't have dreamed it any better.

My sister Scarlet moved out to Logandale, and actually right around the corner, Im super exited!! so my family all came out this weekend to help her and after we swam and barbequed... tons of fun..
Presley has been sleeping so good at night, which has been amazing.. the other night she slept from 9-7!!! its a miracle..

Audrey had her baby 2 weeks ago so I have another little cutie nephew, he is so little and so sweet and I love him!

We went to the doctor yesterday for Presley's check up.. She is 15 lbs. 4 oz. (30%).. and 26.5 in (80%).. She got her shots, which resulted in an extremely fussy baby the rest of the day and she was up all night long, fantastic.. she now sits up by herself and does lots of fun things.. she is so very active and will no longer just sit and hang out, she has to be entertained!!!! Her new favorite thing is my hair, she loves holding it when she's drinking her bottle and when falling asleep and right now she is trying to eat it! She is more fun than ever and I love seeing new little things she does every day!

Presley and I flew down to GA for my grandpas funeral.. She was so unbelievably good on the plane there and back ( I get sooooo nervous to fly with her, she only has 2 moods, laughing and happy or screaming!) I love going to GA, it is my second home.. my moms parents live there so I have gone to visit almost every summer since I was born.. It was so much fun to see all my cousins and family.. my grandpa was such an amazing person and I was so close with him, even though they lived so far..

First we went to Texas for a couple of rodeos.. heres Jason and Presley hanging out in the trailer watching TV..

Jason roped amazing in Houston, which made the whole trip worth it and lots of fun!!

I have so much to catch up on.. We went to Houston for pretty much one of the biggest rodeos of the year and Jason won second!!.. We had audreys baby shower, she is due in three weeks and absolutely can't wait! The logandale fair was a couple weeks ago and Jason and Randon won the rodeo..
Last weekend me Jason and pres went to Disneyland with my family and had so much fun.. And now Presley and I flew down to Georgia because my grandpa passed away yesterday.. So it's been a busy month but when I get back from GA on Saturday I will post some pis of all our trips!! Untill then here is Presley while we are driving from the airport to Columbus..

Oh my goodness things have been ridiculously crazy and busy!!! I only have like two minutes to spare so here is a quick update..We have moved out to Logandale for now.. we are living with Jason's Mom, So we have been trying to get our stuff out here and somewhat organized.. We leave for Texas tomorrow, Jason is roping at the George Strait roping then in Houston.. trying to pack for me, Pres and Jason for a week is a nightmare.. when I get back I will give more of an update, until then heres some pics of Presley

Jason's father passed away on Friday, we are heartbroken and will miss him so very much. He was an amazing man, always helping so many in need. We are so very grateful for the time we did have with him. We are so grateful for the gospel, it gives us peace and comfort at this time that can come from no other source. I know that we will see him again someday.

I don't know of anything more sad than your baby being sick!! Having a baby in the winter sucks.. I wouldn't recommend it.. because everyone and there mom is sick and everyone wants to hold your baby... anyways, poor little Pres has this cough and runny nose.. no bueno.. so we will be at home trying to get her better.. hopefully it goes away soon!

Last week was Presley's two month check up... she's now 23 in. (75%) and 9 lbs 11 oz (10%).. She's so much fun, she smiles and laughs all the time and we are loving it.. She is a pill about sleeping, she only totals like 10 hours between the day and night, the longest nap I can get her to take is 30 minutes, so I don't get much done! SHe loves her bouncer and her little play gym thing! Her favorite time of the day is when Jason gets home and plays, she smiles most for him.. She loves her bath, she'll be screaming her brains out cause she's tired and then heres the bath water cause she knows its bedtime.. She is my little sweetheart and these have been the best two months of my life!

This is my absolute favorite time of year, I know everyone says that.. but I absolutely love these next two days, I wish I could just freeze it so it didn't go by so fast! Even though it's hard getting absolutely no sleep and trying to learn how to do everything in life with zero time, I wish I could freeze this time with Presley .. I know one day I will be begging for her to be little again and wishing all she wanted to do was to sleep on me.. I love this time of year even more with her, I am so excited for all the Christmas's to come.

She is a month tomorrow! where does time go? We almost have things figured out.. minus she usually doesn't go to bed until 1 in the morning! and it kicks my booty! but were working on it..Christmas is only two weeks away! I still have lots of shopping to get done, let me rephrase that, all of my shopping to get done... i finally put my christmas decor up, i was getting a little nervous that it wouldn't happen before christmas... i couldn't possibly be more excited for Christmas.. Alivia is coming home for two weeks and i can't wait.. Yes, my posts are all over the place these days, kind of like me! i will hopefully get myself together sometime soon.. but probably not..

She was three weeks on sat.. crazy how fast its gone, probably because the days and nights just blend together! We spend our days, and nights trying to just get things figured out! she loves her pacifier! its almost ridiculous! i left the house without one the other day and was so scared the whole time that she was going to wake up wanting one.. luckily she slept... she loves to eat! if it were her choice she would eat all day long.. she is so set in her ways- when she wants to sleep there is no waking her up.. when she wants to be awake there is no putting her to sleep.. she makes the funniest faces in he world...

Wow, where to start? our baby girl is finally here, filling the void in my life that has always been there.. she is perfect in every way, but she will always be to me.. she is such a good baby- so content and happy.. i could go on forever and when i have time i will but for now here are some pictures...

I had to push for a while and it caused her to have lots of little broken blood vessels on her face.. when i first held her i thought she had lots of little freckles!! they are almost completely gone now

After we left the hospital the pediatrician called and said some of her blood levels were too high and that they should have never let us go home...so we have been back to the doctor every morning to get her blood drawn, I've never had my heartbreak more than the last 3 days having to hold her down while they take three vials of blood... but the levels have gone down everyday so we are so thankful for that!

Let me just tell you how retarded I am...

So my sister and I were talking about trying to go into labor and she was talking about Castor oil... so I explain how I will never do that because I think that its so gross that people would drink car motor oil just to go into labor... she then informed me that it is a vegetable oil.. I have thought for years that all these woman were drinking Castrol car oil in order to go into labor! Geez I'm not very bright.. but it made me feel a little better when I went home and told Jason the story and he thought the same thing I did, just one more reason why we are married! these last couple posts are pictureless and boring because I have been doing absolutely nothing of interest, just trying to get every last thing ready! Last week I was dilated to a 2, and hopefully on Wednesday it will be more! I've been having contractions for the last couple of days but they only last for about an hour then go away! I get so mad cause I want them to stay so I can finally meet her!

Circuit Finals...

Jason is up in Ogden this weekend for the circuit finals, he made it in calf roping and team roping.. I was going to try to go but went to the doctor on this week and I am 60% effaced and dilated to a 1 1/2... so we didn't think it would be to smart for me to go anywhere! If she hasn't come already I am being induced on the 14th which is only 2 weeks away! I cannot wait and am so excited!

last week was my b-day and the day before I was watching cake boss and Jason happened to walk in and started watching it with me.. he was inspired and decided he was going to make a cake for my birthday.. keep in mind that jason has never even made a cake let alone used foundant or any of that kind of stuff.. so after him working 7 hrs and not getting to bed till 5:30.. i woke up to the most amazing cake I've ever had! i was very impressed with his skills...

Both Jason's family and mine threw me a shower this weekend that was absolutely amazing.. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard on it, and to everyone who came.. Received a calling on Sunday.. I will be teaching primary, 5 and 6 year olds. Most people aren't particularly excited when they get a calling, but i am.. were gone so much that they never even look at us for callings, but we will be home so I'm way excited to be at our ward every Sunday and get to teach fun little ones... I finally finished painting!!! It took forever.. I will post some pics when we get the crib and everything up! I'm starting to get ginormous, and i just look like I'm smuggling a watermelon under my shirt! It's just so funny because people no longer look at your face when their talking to you, they just stare at your stomach.. and people love to make all kinds of comments on what you look like.. I just can't wait until this little one is here!

We've been up in Washington for the last couple of weeks. The guys had to fly out to a rodeo so me and Audrey spent a day in Seattle exploring and had so much fun. There was this huge outdoor market that sold a bunch of random stuff.. and had the best food!

The market had all these cute little crocheted baby hats and headbands, they were pretty much the cutest things ever.. so we got a few for little Presley.

Rodeo season is pretty much over, just a few rodeos left in UT to go to.. I now have doctors appointments every two weeks!!! It's getting closer and I have absolutely nothing ready, so I'll be home getting everything ready!!

Last week my Dad took me and all my sisters to Hawaii.. we went to Oahu and stayed more on the North Shore at a place called Turtle Bay.. it was so much fun just spending time with all my sisters, laying on the beach, playing our daily games of beach volleyball, and lots of cards at night. It was so ridiculously pretty with perfect weather every day!

Yes, I disappear from this thing for months! We've been at rodeos like usual, we just got back from going to rodeos in Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico and Utah.. we were able to come home for a couple days and Jason has already left to go to a rodeo in Missouri. In between rodeos we had the chance to spend some time up at the ranch in Co, it was fun just getting to hang out, fish, canoe, and hunt.. I can't believe the summer is almost over! it has gone so fast.. Jason's Bday is tomorrow and since he is going to be gone we celebrated with his family a couple days early. He is going to be 26!

I had another ultrasound, this is the one where your supposed to find out the sex but I am way to impatient to wait that long, but they confirmed that yes, she is a girl.. Her name will be Presley.. when I was 16 I was a lifeguard and there was the cutest little girl that was there swimming everyday for tennis camp. She would come talk to me everyday, her name was Presley and i fell in love. Since I was 16 I wanted a little girl so I could name her this. When Jason and I were engaged I told him about this name and luckily he loved it as well.

When I went to my ultrasound last week, the technician thought she saw some things wrong with the heart. I went to the specialist the next day and thankfully they think everything is fine, I just have to go back in three more weeks when they are able to see things better. It was an interesting experience because for the 24 hours that I didn't know if it was ok, I was concerned but I wasn't freaking out. And I realized that I don't really care what condition she gets here in- broken heart, down syndrome, etc.. She will come exactly how she is supposed to..All I want is her.. She is the most loved baby in history.. so if these next 4 1/2 months could hurry up, that would be fantastic.

Summer is here and things have gotten crazy busy! Jason has been back and forth from Canada and will be up there for the next week.. we spent the last couple days in Reno going to the BFI and WGR( two of the biggest ropings of the year) Jason roped great but unfortunately we didn't have any luck.. We picked out our crib and we both love it! I can't find bedding that I love, so if anyone knows where to find cute girl bedding let me know..

We went to one of these ultrasound places in Vegas and found out we are having a girl!! 16 weeks down, 24 more to go and I can't wait until I get to meet this perfect little one.

Mother's Day weekend we went with Jason's whole family to the golf course in Georgia.. We had such a good time, the guys played golf all day and the girls hung out by the pool and relaxed. I'm so proud of myself, I actually brought my camera and took lots of pictures! Jason took me out to play golf a couple of times but I still suck, there's no hope for me..

Happy Mother's Day to all the amazing mothers.. you are the most beautiful and wonderful people on the face of this earth. I have been influenced by so many mothers; my friends mothers, my grandmothers, my wonderful mother-in-law, and of course my mom. If you know me at all you know my mom and how she is the most perfect and special person who has ever lived. The only reason I am scared to become a mom is because I will never be the mother that she was to me. I use the word perfect because that's what she is. I never once remember her raising her voice. She always put her daughters first, even if it meant her giving up sacrifices so that we had everything we ever wanted or needed. She has taught me that the only things that matter in this life are the gospel and your family. She instilled in me an undying love for the gospel, my Heavenly Father, and Savior. She has been there for me always, no matter what, and I know she always will. Even when she has hard to go through hard things, things that nobody deserves to go through she has kept her head up and has always had such a love and energy for life. I love her more than she will ever know and am so very grateful to have her as my mother.

We have some amazing news.. I am 12 weeks pregnant and this little one will be joining us in November! Never in my life has time gone by so ridiculously slow. We could not be anymore excited and I am so grateful for this huge blessing in our lives. Even though you can't see much here are the two ultrasounds that we've had.

Ugh I'm terrible at this blogging thing, probably cause I never have anything of much importance to say. Well were actually home, we've been home for a couple weeks cause the rodeos are around here! Laughlin was last week and it was awesome because Jason and Austin won it... this is the first win of the year.. Then next week is the Logandale rodeo and fair. This is my favorite time of the year because this is the longest were home during the season plus the weather in Vegas has been absolutely perfect, i love it! I'm a sunshine person, i hate the rain, snow, anything other than sun.. So many fun things this weekend I can't wait- Easter, Conference, and Alivia is coming home for the weekend and she's my favorite person in this world!

Being home!!! we've had about a week off from rodeos so we were able to come home for the first time in about six weeks ( we were gone so long that our new ward just thought we stopped coming and decided to send our records back to our old ward.. lovely).. Jason's sister Britney had her baby boy and he's such a cutie, I'm taking a quick trip up to roosevelt this week to go

The 2010 rodeo season has started (the two months we had off were way to short!).. so we are now in texas for the next couple months. During the winter all the rodeos are around here so we'll be in Dublin, TX staying with Randon and Audrey( thanks Aud for being so awesome and taking us in!) when were not gone to a rodeo. Im just happy to be here because getting everything packed for months, then the 24 hour straight drive down here is kinda crazy! but were here so everthing is great. They rope in Ft. Worth, TX.. and Rapid City, SD this week so thats where we'll be.

Audreys baptism

Things have been super busy from the NFR, Baby showers, family christmas parties, Christmas, getting ready for rodeo season to start but a major highlight was that we were able to fit in my sister in law Audrey's baptism... she was able to finish all the discussions and we thought she would have to wait untill we got down to Texas but we were able to talk the mission president into letting us do it last night and it all worked out perfectly! It was a little thrown together but a long time coming.. Audrey is one of my best friends and such a blessing in my life and im just grateful to have seen her testimony grow and she's such an example to me.

I love halloween, even though I wish I could still get dressed up and go trick or treating! my highlight is now getting to watch all my nieces and nephews get dressed up and spoil them with lots of candy... so here they are!

Circuit Finals..

Jason qualified to rope in the circuit finals last weekend so we spent thursday- sunday up in ogden and just had lots of fun being able to see some family( my little sister alivia found time out of here busy schedule to go eat with me and i loved every minute of it, thanks liv) and friends( i got to go down to good old provo and see my besties jill and rach)..i have no pictures because i suck at remembering to take them and when jason ropes im always videoing so i don't have another hand to take any pictures.. anyways the rodeo was awesome jason won the second round! well that was the last rodeo of the year so we are now home!!! being home is absolutely splendid!

Yes I am the one that is old and i love it!!! Im finally 22.. I'm one of those few people who love getting older, I can't wait to be 60 with 40 grandkids, grey hair, and lots of wrinkles.. anyways my b-day was fantastic spent with my amazing husband, and wonderful family.. I'm so grateful for my family and friends my life would be nothing without them!

Winter Quarters

We were in Omaha, NB last weekend for Jason's tour finale and we had the chance to go see winter quarters..for those who don't know winter quarters was a little town the pioneers made on there way from Nauvoo, IL on there way to Salt Lake. They didn't have enough supplies or food to make it all the way so they stopped there before heading all the way to salt lake. It was such an amazing experience to see what they had to go through and they did it with such faith.. the hardest part was going to the cemetary and seeing all the names of the little kids and babies who died there.. Im so grateful for the example that they set and for being able to go see it all.
